Mentoring

Request a Mentor — or Become One

A licensed mentor watches your match and gives short, targeted feedback so your next game is better. New referees get this support automatically.

Tell us your next match and a mentor will observe and give feedback. Low-friction, public form.

We schedule free mentoring on your first game or two when available.

Mentors are the first step in the U.S. Soccer Coaching Pathway. Take a Mentor Course and help shape the next wave.
