Most Learning Center problems have quick fixes. Try these before emailing — and if you’re still stuck, your DRA can open a case with U.S. Soccer.

Can’t log in / reset password
Use “Forgot Password” for a temporary password; this also re-triggers email verification. Check spam and junk.
Duplicate or missing profile
If your license history is missing, you likely have two profiles. We submit a merge request to U.S. Soccer.
Background / SafeSport not syncing
A passing result can take time to update your course. If it hasn’t after a few days, we’ll escalate it.

Check your current license status without logging in using the U.S. Soccer directory.
