2026 Annual Recertification

(A current license is required to officiate. Complete recertification each year through June 30.)

How to Re-Certify

Find the Referee Recertification Course in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center: learning.ussoccer.com. Filter for courses hosted by "The Indiana State Referee Committee."

Log in using the same credentials as last year. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" at login and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

Complete all required assignments: Background Check (if over 18), SafeSport, Safe & Healthy Playing Environments, Grassroots Course, and the Grassroots Quiz.

Your license is approved automatically upon completion. A badge will be mailed to you within a week from Officials Sports International — no self-addressed stamped envelope needed.
